Build What Outlives You is built around one question: what are you building that will not collapse when you step away?
The event brings together entrepreneurs, investors, pastors, parents and leaders for a day of honest conversation about legacy, leadership and generational thinking. We will look at what makes families endure, what makes businesses outlast their founders, and what makes ideas travel beyond the person who first had them.
Sessions cover leadership as capacity-building, the transfer of wisdom across generations, the architecture of institutions, and the personal disciplines required to build for the long term.
