Who I am
Who is Robbie Venter?
I'm Robbie Venter, a South African entrepreneur, investor, bestselling author and speaker, and the founder and CEO of Venter Capital. I was born in South Africa, raised in New Zealand, and today I live and build from Jeffreys Bay on South Africa's coast.
Through Venter Capital I lead two ventures. Zenith Academy is Christian wealth education: a place to learn how wealth is built, and how to steward it with purpose. Apex Capital is my New Zealand property business. Alongside them, I support the Ariel Global Foundation.
I hold an MBA from Central Queensland University, and I'm the author of Remember Who You Are, a book about identity, purpose and what we were given to build. I write and speak about wealth, faith, leadership and legacy.
Everything I do comes back to one idea: build what outlives you. Businesses, families and communities are worth building well enough that they keep going long after the people who started them.
Not to be confused with the late Altron CEO of the same name.
A note from Robbie
I have spent much of my life building businesses, investing, making mistakes, learning and teaching.
And the question that interests me now is not simply how much we can build. It is what we are meant to do with the opportunities, resources and influence placed in our hands.
Wealth matters. It creates freedom, options and the capacity to act. But it is not the destination. The more interesting question is what we build with it.
